Elsa Peretti for Tiffany & Co sterling silver ballpoint pen with silk pompom. Signed Tiffany & Co / Peretti 925. The pompom is removable and can eventually be replaced with a leather cord necklace. The original ink has been replaced, and the remaining quantity of the current blue ink remains unknown. Slight darkening near the silk cord, signs of use as seen in photos.
