We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. 


LEGAL CAPACITY TO PURCHASE

If you are a minor in your country, you cannot place orders with MIES, unless with the consent of a parent or guardian. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are legally an adult or, in the case that you are a minor, you have the consent of a parent or guardian. Should MIES suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, MIES reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with MIES. 

 

AUTHENTICITY

We guarantee the authenticity of each item we stock, and we will provide original receipts or designer’s own proof of authenticity when available, such as serial number, authenticity card or a garment bag.

CONDITION

The products are pre-owned and used unless stated otherwise. We do our best to describe and photograph the faults and signs of wear the products may have. The products are cleaned and maintained properly when needed.

The products are divided according to their condition in three groups; 
Perfect condition – The item is either new, or used only a little and shows no defects
Good condition – The item has been worn but maintained well. There might be small defects and signs of wear, which are mentioned in the product description

Fair condition – The item has been worn frequently and shows several signs of wear, which are mentioned in the product description

SIZING

The sizes stated on the product descriptions are stated as mentioned in the product. Please note that the sizing varies considerably among designers and the sizes of items displayed at the site are not comparable. We will do our best to describe the fit and any details regarding sizing in the product description.

If you wish to try on the items before purchasing, contact us to schedule a fitting. (Only in Paris)

COLORS

We try to display the products on our website as accurately as possible but please note that photography can sometimes alter the color of items. As computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that colors will be exactly as they appear on your device. We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

With the delivery you will receive care instructions for your item. The care instructions provided by us are only suggestions and we won’t accept any responsibility of any damage caused by our care instructions.


PAYMENT

All information shared with us when placing an order is confidential. We use secure systems in order to insure that details pertaining to your accounts remain private. Please note only one (1) form of payment method may be used on a single order.

SHIPPING

The shipping fee is calculated at checkout and it is based on the weight of the item as well as the shipping destination. All orders will be processed within the next three business days. You will get and email notification when your order is confirmed and one including a tracking number when it is shipped. 

Orders within Paris will be - by request - personally delivered by Noora free of charge. Domestic deliveries in France, outside of Paris, will be sent with trackable and insured shipment through UPS.

Please note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to Import Duty / Tax, which are levied once the shipment reach your country. Please note that destination customs clearance processes could cause a delay. Kindly check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you – regulations and guidelines differ by country. Customs duties or taxes are not payable by MIES under any circumstances. We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed.

RETURNS

All the sales are final, we hope you to consider carefully before purchasing. If you have any doubts before placing the order, don't hesitate to contact us, we are happy to assist you.
If the item has a defect not mentioned in the product description or not visible in the photos, please contact us at contact@mies-preowned.com within 5 days of receipt.
Please note that if the return is granted in the case of a defect item, we do nor refund any possible taxes or duties incurred.
