SHIPPING

The shipping fee is calculated at checkout and it is based on the size and weight of the item as well as the shipping destination. All orders will be processed within the next three business days. Orders placed over the weekend and during the holidays will be processed the next business day. You will get and email notification when your order is confirmed and one including a tracking number when it is shipped.

DOMESTIC DELIVERIES

Orders within Île-de-France will be - by request - personally delivered by Noora free of charge. Domestic deliveries in France, outside of Île-de-France, will be sent with trackable shipment through Chronopost or Colissimo.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Please note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to Import Duty / Tax, which are levied once the shipment reach your country. Please note that destination customs clearance processes could cause a delay. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you – regulations and guidelines differ by country. Customs duties or taxes are not payable by MIES. We will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty / Tax under any circumstances.

We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed.

On rare occasion international shipping to some countries can take several weeks, due to this we are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance process or by the courier transit time.

INSURANCE

Every item is shipped through UPS with an insured and trackable package. The item is insured until the destination provided at the check out. We are not liable for any issues occurred when using any third party freight forwarders.
