Fabric under two buttons from bottom has been fixed and strengthened with extra tissue between main fabric and lining, invisible when wearing. Still recommended to be worn with last two buttons unbuttoned to avoid fabric from tearing. Otherwise in perfect condition. Small sizing, fits rather EU36-38
